Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

Blue Dot Cab Company ensures that you and your loved ones can arrive safely to your doctor appointments and outings. We provide wheel chair transportation around the state and to major cities outside of the state such as Evansville, IN and Nashville, TN. With drivers that are in a pool for random drug tests and have passed critical training on driver safety, CPR, and blood borne pathogens, you can rest assured that you and your loved ones are in good hands. 

What is non-emergency medical transportation?

• According to the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services,  "...non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) is an important benefit for beneficiaries who need to get to and from medical services, but have no means of transportation." 

Do I need be on Medicaid or Medicare to use your NEMT services?

• NO. You do not have to be on Medicaid or Medicare to take advantage of our NEMT services. 

I'm a Medicaid/Medicare patient. How can I use your services?

• Blue Dot Cab Company can only transport Medicaid and Medicare patients that have been approved through one of our contracted state agency partners. If you would like to use our services you must go through  the approval process with the state agency and the Medicaid/Medicare office first.
